PAAS Officer Dismissed Over Various Charges

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -9th Sept,2016) : The Auditor General of Pakistan (AGP) Rana Assad Amin, Friday dismissed Syed Taimoor Bukhari, BS-17 officer of Pakistan Audit and Accounts Service (under suspension) from service with immediate effect.
The dismissal was made in exercise of powers conferred by the government upon the Auditor General.
The officer was found guilty of the charges of "Inefficiency", "Misconduct" and "Corruption".
On Thursday, the AGP dismissed Farrukh Abbas Malik an officer of Pakistan Audit and Accounts service (PAAS) presently posted as Director General Audit (Defence), Rawalpindi from service with immediate effect.
The officer was found guilty of the charge of "Misconduct". Muhammad Azhar a BS-20 officer has been posted as Director General Audit (Defence), in his place and taken over the charge, a notification issued by the AGP said.
