Pakistan Mercantile Exchange Limited Index Closes At 3,614 Bn 15 Nov 2018

Pakistan Mercantile Exchange Limited (PMEX)'s commodity index on Wednesday closed at 3,614 points; with traded value of metals, energy and COTS/FX recorded at Rs 18.534 billion.
The number of lots traded 19,113, said a press release on Thursday.

The major business was contributed by WTI crude oil amounting to Rs7.
259 billion, followed by NSDQ100 Rs 7.218 billion, gold Rs1.393 billion, currencies through COTS Rs1.143 billion, natural gas Rs 631.094 million, DJ Rs 379.330 million, SP500 Rs 156.658 million, silver Rs 139.003 million, copper Rs 121.931 million, platinum Rs 80.582 million and Brent crude oil Rs 11.187 million.
In agriculture commodities, 2 lots of cotton valued at Rs1.025 and red chilli 51,855 lots amounting at Rs 15.202 million were traded.
