PDWP Approves 25 Projects Worth Rs 56714.180 Mln

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 31st Jan, 2018 ) :The Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) Wednesday approved 25 development projects worth Rs 56714.180 million here during a meeting chaired by Dr.

Shahzad Khan Bangash, the Additional Chief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The forum considered 32 projects pertaining to different sectors including Health, Home, Water, food, board of Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation, Local Government, Elementary and Secondary Education, Higher Education, sports and Tourism, DWSS, Road and Bridges and Building for the uplift of the province.

Approved projects of Health sector were 'Establishment of Orthopedic & Spine Surgery Block at Hayat Abad Medical Complex (HMC), Peshawar', '- Establishment of Timergara Medical College Dir Lower'.

Approved project of Home sector was 'Strengthening Rule of Law Project (SRLP) (UNDP Assisted)'. Approved projects of Elementary and Secondary education sector were 'Standardization of 200 Higher Secondary Schools in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Phase-I)', 'GGHSS Tordher Muhammad Ghani Killi PK-27 district Mardan',' GGHSS Bajor Killi Taru Meira Chatalai PK-25 Mardan',' GGHS Khanori District Malakand PK-98',' GGHSS Siraj Khel PK-41 karak',' GGHSS Tahkal Bala PK-05 Peshawar'.

Approved projects of Higher Education sector were 'Purchase of furniture plant and machinery, lab equipment etc. in Govt colleges of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa', 'Establishment of Govt. Degree college Gujar Garhi Pk-26 Mardan',
