Russian President Vladimir Putin will take part in the Belt and Road forum in Beijing in late April, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Saturday
"We look forward to the second One Belt One Road forum, which will be attended by president Putin ...
In turn, we look forward to the successful participation of President Xi Jinping during his visit to Russia in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum as the main guest," Lavrov said during talks with China's Director of the Central Foreign Affairs Commission Office Yang Jiechi.
He added that Moscow "shares Beijing's satisfaction with the state of Russian-Chinese strategic partnership and comprehensive cooperation."
