Russia-Turkey Trade Up 17.9% Year-on-Year To $23.2Bln In January-November- Customs Service

Trade between Russia and Turkey increased by 17.9 percent year-on-year to $23.2 billion in January-November 2018, the Russian Customs Service said on Friday
MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 18th January, 2019) Trade between Russia and Turkey increased by 17.9 percent year-on-year to $23.2 billion in January-November 2018, the Russian Customs Service said on Friday.
According to the government service, Russian exports to Turkey grew 16.2 percent up to $19.
45 billion, while imports from Turkey to Russia increased by 27.4 percent to $3.77 billion.
Turkey's share in the total foreign trade balance of Russia has decreased to 3.7 percent during the 11-month period of 2018 from 3.8 percent a year earlier.
In 2017, the Russian-Turkish trade saw a significant increase of 40 percent and totaled $22 billion.
