Russian Economic Development Ministry to Lower GDP Growth Forecast to 1.8%

SOCHI (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 22nd August, 2018) Russian Minister of Economic Development Maxim Oreshkin said on Wednesday that the ministry was likely to reduce the projected level of Russia's economic growth from 1.9 percent to 1.8 percent.

"We will probably lower [the economic growth forecast] a little bit ... from 1.9 percent to 1.8 percent. It means that the changes will be mostly superficial," Oreshkin told reporters in Russia's Black Sea resort of Sochi.
