Russian Oil Output Increased 3.4% In Q1 2019 Year-on-Year - Federal Statistics

Russia's oil output, which included gas condensate, increased by 3.4 percent in the first quarter of 2019 year-on-year and its gas output increased by 3.9 percent, the Russian Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) said on Thursday
This March, Russia's oil and gas condensate output comprised 47.8 million tonnes, which was a 3.3 percent increased compared to March 2018 and a 10.8 percent increase compared to February 2019.

9 billion cubic meters (2.15 trillion cubic feet) in March 2019, which was a 3.8 percent increased compared to March 2018 and a 11.3 percent increase from February 2019.
In January, the Russian Energy Ministry said that in 2018, Russian oil production had reached a record high of over 555 million tonnes, compared to 547 million tonnes in 2017. In early April, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said he expected Russia's oil production to reach 556-560 million tonnes in 2019.
