S.African Delegation To Attend Eastern Economic Forum In Vladivostok - Russian Authorities

A delegation from South Africa will attend the Eastern Economic Forum and the Pacific Tourist Forum in the Russian Far East city of Vladivostok this year, the city administration said on Friday
VLADIVOSTOK (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 29th March, 2019) A delegation from South Africa will attend the Eastern Economic Forum and the Pacific Tourist Forum in the Russian Far East city of Vladivostok this year, the city administration said on Friday.
The authorities made the announcement after the local officials' meeting with South Africa's Ambassador to Russia Nomasonto Maria Sibanda-Thusi.
"The South African delegation will continue participating in the Eastern Economic Forum. This year, a mission from South Arica will also participate in the Pacific Tourist Forum," the administration said in a statement.
During the meeting, the ambassador noted that the Russian cities and South African provinces had recently concluded a number of cooperation agreement, which opened new prospects for the development of bilateral relations.
The fifth edition of the Eastern Economic Forum will be held on September 4-6, while the Pacific Tourist Forum will be carried out on May 24-25.
