SBP Accepts Bids Of Rs 44.816 Bn For MTbs

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Jun, 2018 ) :The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Wednesday accepted bids worth Rs 44.816 billion, with face value of Rs 45.513 billion, for Government of Pakistan Market Treasury Bills of three months tenor.
The SBP had invited tenders through its Primary Dealers on June 20, which were opened on the same day. The bids received for six months tenor MTB were rejected , whereas no bids were received for 12-month MTB, said an SBP statement.
The bids received for 6-month MTB amounted to Rs 483.196 billion, with face value of Rs 500 billion. The cut-off yield is 6.7596 percent and the weighted average yield is 6.7595 percent.
