State Bank Of Pakistan Holds Workshop On Covering Balance Of Payments

Of its series of six training workshops for economic reporters, State Bank of Pakistan on Thursday organized its firth training workshop titled "Covering Balance of Payments" in collaboration with Institute of Business Administration, on its City Campus.

SBP's Chief Spokesman Abid Qamar and Senior Joint Director Asma Khalid spoke on the composition of balance of payments. They also answered queries from the participants.

A senior freelance economic journalist Naveen A. Mangi, who has been hired as the Master Trainer for these workshops, gave a detailed lecture on the basic principles of reporting and writing about the balance of payments in an international news environment.
