ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 8th Aug, 2024) Federal Minister for Commerce, Jam Kamal Khan on Thursday said that tourism and cuisine played a vital role in the relations and connectivity between the countries.

The minister said this while addressing a Cuisines exhibition organized by Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) in Karachi.

He said that foods were the main factor to closely connect the peoples in different regions of the world and Asian, South African and Arabian cuisines were known all over the world.

Jam Kamal said that Malaysian foods were very famous in the world as their admirers were all over the world.

He said that food and tourism brought different nations closer together.

The Minister said that to invigorate the economy, tourism should be promoted in the country.
