University Of Karachi To Organize Conference On Regional Economic Integration, CPEC

The University of Karachi (KU) is going to organize a three-day international conference on "Central Asian regional economics integration and CPEC: challenges and the way forward", from Tuesday (December 18).
The conference will be held at Professor Salimuzzaman Siddiqui Auditorium, HEJ, KU.
The Three-day conference is being organized by the Applied Economics Research Centre, said a press release on Monday.
Former governor State Bank of Pakistan and advisor to PM Pakistan on Institutional Reforms and Austerity, Dr Ishrat Husain will be the chief guest.
The inaugural session is scheduled at 9:30am and scholars from China, Japan, Pakistan and other countries will present their research papers.
