World Oil Market Still Partially in Small Deficit - Russian Energy Minister

ALGIERS (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 23rd September, 2018) World oil market is still partially in deficit, but it is insignificant, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak told journalists on Sunday.

"The market is still partially in deficit, but this deficit is insignificant. We see that the [oil reserves] inventory is falling ... The decline has just decelerated," Novak said.
