Chairperson Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Abbotabad Dr. Shaista Irshad on Monday disqualified two more superintendents for examination duties owing to the violation of the board rules
The disqualified superintendents are Ghalib Khan of Nathiagali College and Muhammad Farooq of GGHS No.3.
Ghalib Khan did not inform BISE that his son was also appearing in the SSC while Muhammad Farooq opened the question papers before time.
Dr. Shaista Irshad told media that despite clear cut orders for the invigilation and supervisory staff of the examination that in case their children are appearing in the examination then they would be ineligible for the examination duty.
They have to surrender their duties voluntarily otherwise after investigation they would not only be disqualified but also we would recommend their department for strict action, adding she said.
Earlier last week the chairperson BISE has terminated 17 terminated teachers including invigilators, assistant superintendent and superintendents those were performing duties in BISE Higher Secondary school Certificate (HSSC) examination 2019 and a teacher deputed on marking where their children were also appeared in the examination and found guilty.
After a thorough investigation by the BISE all the 17 teachers were banned for life to perform any duty for the BISE on violating the rules and were disqualified forever.
