GB Govt Spends Rs 50 Mln To Provide Free Text Books In Schools

Provincial Government is providing free text books to the students from class one to matriculation in Government schools across Gilgit Baltistan (GB)

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th May, 2019 ) :Provincial Government is providing free text books to the students from class one to matriculation in Government schools across Gilgit Baltistan (GB).

A spokesman of Directorate of education Gilgit Baltistan talking to Radio Pakistan said over fifty million rupees were being utilized for printing of text books annually.

He said over 1.2 million text books have been printed in current year. The distribution of free books have increased students enrollments in Government schools.
