KP Govt Committed To Provide Best Health Facilities, Quality Education: Education Adviser

Advisor to Chief Minister for Elementary and Secondary Education Ziaullah Bangash said Friday the provincial government was working on plan to provide people wide access to best health facilities and quality education.
He expressed these views during a meeting with a delegation of National Rural Support Programme (NRSP) here at his office in which Regional Program Manager Saeed Raza briefed the Advisor regarding new plan in health sector.
Saeed Raza informed at first phase, the program will be launched in four districts of Khyber Pakhtukhwa including in Kohat, Chitral, Mardan and Malakand and later it would be extended to other districts.
Under the programme, a card holder would be entitled for treatment up to Rs 30,000.
Speaking on this occasion, Ziaullah Bangash said the government was according top priority to provide facilities to masses at their doorstep, adding health facilitation card would be inaugurated at District Council Hall Kohat on December 15.
He said that local bodies' representatives would be invited during inauguration ceremony to provide health cards to deserving people.
The Advisor informed that Rs. 25,00 will be paid monthly by the card owners. Health facilitation plan isbeing started jointly by NRSP and State Life Insurances.
