No Nation Can Flourish Without A Sound System Of Education : GOC Pano Aqil

General Officer Commanding (GOC), 16 Division, Pano Aqil and Chairman Board of Governors Major General Tahir Hameed Shah Tuesday said no nation can flourish without a sound system of education.
This he said while addressing the 27th Annual Parents Day-2018, at Cadet College Larkana (CCL) as a chief guest on Tuesday.
He said: "We shall have to invest in youth, in human resources and in education so as to reap the permanent benefits of our investment." He said the real power of any nation is the power of knowledge.
He appreciated the contribution of Cadet College Larkana towards the growth of quality education and character building of the youth, who, he hoped, would ultimately emerge as role models.
The General Officer Commanding said it was the triangle of parents, teachers and students which could achieve the desired results.
Major General Tahir Hameed Shah congratulated all the cadets who excelled in their exceptional results in curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
Earlier, Principal and Project Director of Cadet College Larkana (CCL), Brig (retd) Ghulam Raza presented welcome address and the annual report, wherein he narrated the achievements of the college and academic activities and co-curricular activities of the institution.
MNA Nazir Ahmed Bughio, Commissioner Larkana Division Rafique Ahmed Buriro, DIG Police Larkana, Deputy Commissioner Larkana Muhammad Noman Siddique, former MPA Haji Munawwar Ali Abbasi, President LCCI, Members of the BoGs of the College, Prominent citizens, elected representatives of the area and officers were present on the occasion.
The annual parents day function was also attended by a large number parents of cadets.
