Sale Of Pocket Size Books, Guides Banned Near Exam Centres

The Deputy Commissioner Lakki Marwat has under Section 144 Cr.P.C banning sale and use of pocket size books, guides and photostat machines and use of mobiles phones within 300 yards premises of the HSSC examination center The order also banned entry of public wandering within 300 yards premises of examination center and within educational institutions

LAKKI MARWAT (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Apr, 2019 ) :The Deputy Commissioner Lakki Marwat has under Section 144 Cr.P.C banning sale and use of pocket size books, guides and photostat machines and use of mobiles phones within 300 yards premises of the HSSC examination center The order also banned entry of public wandering within 300 yards premises of examination center and within educational institutions.

Entry of all those persons who are not related to examination process and even the students of the educational institutions without roll numbers, slip in the premises of Examination institutionsls, exhibition and display of arms in district also banned.

This order shall come in force with immediate effect and shall remain enforced till the end of HSSC examination in the District Lakki Marwat. Any violation in this regard will be charged under Section 188 P.P.C.
