Swabi Women University To Contribute Significantly In Nation Building: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Engineer Iqbal Zafar Jhagra

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Engineer Iqbal Zafar Jhagra Friday said that Swabi University has attained a prominent position among best universities of the country and hoped that this university would contribute significantly in nation building.
PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 09th Mar, 2018 ) :Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Engineer Iqbal Zafar Jhagra Friday said that Swabi University has attained a prominent position among best universities of the country and hoped that this university would contribute significantly in nation building.
Addressing as a chief guest at the concluding session of Training Programme on Developing Strategic Leadership in Higher education university at Women University of Swabi, he said the varsity carries a lot of expectations to contribute significantly.
The training was jointly organized by Women University Swabi and University of Oxford, United Kingdom at Women University of Swabi. Beside others, the ceremony was also attended by Vice Chancellor Women University, Swabi, Universityof Oxford, Dr Paul Hedley, Principal Secretary to Governor, Munir Azam, Vice Chancellors of various Universities, Faculty Members, distinguished speakers, participants and guests of both the Universities.
The Governor said universities are the medium of cultural and intellectual exchanged all over the world, adding the Women University Swabi played not only a pivotal role in cultural and intellectual development but took a bold step to work with international prestigious institutions like University of Oxford.
Earlier, Vice Chancellor of the University welcomed the Governor and highlighted the achievements of the institution. Later on, the Governor also distributed certificates and shields.
