Additional Secretary Expresses Satisfaction On Facilities At LUH

The Additional Secretary Health Sindh Rehan Baloch has expressed satisfaction over the available facilities at Liaquat University Hospital adding that provision of health facilities to the people was the top priority of the present Sindh Government
HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Jan, 2018 ) :The Additional Secretary Health Sindh Rehan Baloch has expressed satisfaction over the available facilities at Liaquat University Hospital adding that provision of health facilities to the people was the top priority of the present Sindh Government.
He stated this while paying a detail visit to Liaquat University Hospital where he held inspection of different departments and wards including Urology, Nephrology, Children, Thalassemia, Hepatitis, operation theaters, medicine store, OPD and Casualty Ward.
He informed that the provincial government has allocated a huge amount for health sector and in this regard a number of development schemes have been initiated in various hospitals of the province.
He informed that state of the art medical equipment were being installed in the hospitals so that the common people could avail costly medical treatment of different diseases free of cost. He asked medics and paramedics of the hospital to discharge their responsibilities with dedication and devotion as the government would not tolerate any negligence and would take stern action against those who found guilty of negligence in duty.
The Medical Superintendent Liaquat University Hospital Dr. Abdul Wahab Wadhu, and Director Planning and Development Administration and Accounts Abdul Sattar Khan Jatoi briefed him about the medical facilities being provided to patients in the hospital.
