Anti-polio Drive Begins In Faisalabad

A three-day round of anti-polio drive commenced here from Monday with the target to vaccinate 1.3707 million children of ages upto five years
Inaugurating the anti-polio drive at Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital Chak Jhumra, Provincial Minister for Social Welfare & Baitul Maal Muhammad Ajmal Cheema said even after three days January 24 and 25 would be observed as 'Sweeping days' to give vaccine to any missing child.
He appealed to the general public to fully cooperate with anti polio teams to make the country polio free.
