Deputy Commissioner Tando Muhammad Khan For Special Focus On Underdeveloped Areas

Deputy Commissioner Tando Muhammad Khan, Yasir Bhutti, has directed to particularly focus on underdeveloped areas of the district during upcoming round of polio eradication campaign set to start from January 21
Presiding over a meeting held here on Friday to review arrangements for 3-day campaign, he termed polio virus as a big challenge for the country and said that all institutions have to play their role for wiping out the virus from Pakistan with zero tolerance to negligence.
According to handout issued by the district Information office, he directed assistant commissioners of all the 3 talukas to give special attentions to underdeveloped areas and monitor the areas in person so that no children left without administering polio drops.
He also directed the health department officials to resolve issues encountered by polio teams in field on priority basis.
