DHQ Hospital To Start Services Soon: CEO Health

Chief Executive Officer Health Dr Munawar Abbas on Wednesday said that 90 per cent work at the District Headquarters Hospital had been completed and it would start services very soon.
MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Sep, 2018 ) :Chief Executive Officer Health Dr Munawar Abbas on Wednesday said that 90 per cent work at the District Headquarters Hospital had been completed and it would start services very soon.
There were 300 beds at the DHQ and it would surely help reduce burden of patients at the Nishtar Hospital.
He said this while talking to a delegation of the PTI representative led by District President Ejaz Janjua here on Wednesday.
The completion of the building was at the last stages, he said and added that some new dispensaries would also start work within the next few days in suburban areas of Multan.
Earlier, Ejaz Janjua stated that the PTI government was also working on the provision of health cards which would be issued to the poor and they would avail medical services up to Rs 500,000. Similarly, the card holder would avail medical treatment for private hospitals also.
On this occasion, DHO Dr Wasim Ramzi, Dr Ataur Rehman and Dr Irfan Pracha were also also present.
