Punjab Health Minister Dr Yasmin Rashid on Wednesday announced to open private clinic in government hospitals outdoor ward in evening to facilitate those seeking private treatment
LAHORE (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / NNI - 13th February, 2019) Punjab Health Minister Dr Yasmin Rashid on Wednesday announced to open private clinic in government hospitals outdoor ward in evening to facilitate those seeking private treatment.She said that the many of the private hospitals would shut down with the opening of private clinics in government hospitals outdoor.
Dr Yasmeen went on to say that the government is providing resources for health facilities, adding that efforts are underway to provide all facilities in government hospital.Government has allocated Rs32 billion for medicines in Primary and secondary health, the minister said.The minister further said: No political party has influence over health cards, she said and added health cards would be provided to all poor no matter of their political affiliation.The patients coming for treatment would also be provided with food and rent, Dr Yasmeen added.
