RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Jan, 2018 ) :A project to upgrade different blocks of Holy Family Hospital (HFH) has launched as the administration issued its order in this regard.
Talking to APP, Medical Superintendent (MS) HFH Dr. Shehzad Ahmed said that the project would be completed at the cost of Rs94.7 million by the end of March. Dr.
Shehzad Ahmed said the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Post Operative, ICU and Pathology department would be upgraded at a cost of Rs86.5 million.
Repair work of bathrooms and white wash of the old block including Paeds ward, corridors and others would be completed at a cost of Rs8.2 million. To a question he said, HFH has arranged free of charge medical test facility for influenza H1N1 virus patients being brought to the hospital whereas the samples are sent to National institute of Health (NIH).
Best possible arrangements have been made cater to the needs of the patients, he added.
