Joint Efforts Stressed To Counter Anti-polio Vaccination Drive Propaganda

NOWSHERA (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Apr, 2019 ) :The district administration of Nowshera on Tuesday rejected the ongoing negative propaganda against the administration of anti-polio vaccine terming it an attempt by the vested elements to isolate Pakistan at the global level.

District Nazim Ashfaq Ahmed, Deputy Commissioner Abdul Hameed Khan, District Police Officer Mansoor Aman, District Officer Health Gul Aman Shah Khattak and Mufti Dr Shaukatullah Khattak at a joint press conference stressed the need for collective efforts to frustrate the designs of anti-state elements against the country.

They urged the parents to fully participate in the anti-polio drive to make the country polio free.

On the occasion, they also took oral polio drops and vowed to administer the same to the children not only in their localities but also in the nearby areas to play their role in the national obligation.
