US President Joe Biden will announce on Wednesday a US plan to donate an additional 500 million Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccines to other countries, bringing its total commitment to 1.1 billion doses, officials said
Washington, Sept 22 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Sep, 2021 ) :US President Joe Biden will announce on Wednesday a US plan to donate an additional 500 million Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccines to other countries, bringing its total commitment to 1.
1 billion doses, officials said.
Biden is due to announce the move at a virtual summit on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, where he will challenge world leaders to vaccinate 70 percent of every country by September 2022.
