AJK govt. announces five official Holidays on account of Eid ul Fitr

Azad Jammu and Kashmir government on Thursday announced five official holidays on account of the Eid-ul-Fitr from June 3 to June 7, 2019

MIRPUR (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 30th May, 2019 ) :Azad Jammu and Kashmir government on Thursday announced five official holidays on account of the Eid-ul-Fitr from June 3 to June 7, 2019.

According to an official notification issued here said that the AJK government has announced five official holidays on the eve of Eid ul Fitr.

Meanwhile, Muslim population inhibiting either side of the line of control in Jammu and Kashmir state will celebrate Eid ul Fitr simultaneously with the scheduled nation-wide observance of the sanctified festival in Pakistan with traditional religious zeal and devotion most likely on June 5 (Wednesday) subject to sighting of Shawaal moon a day before.
