Azad Jammu And Kashmir Accountability Bureau Begins Probe Of Fake Allotment Reserved For Judicial Complex

Azad Jammu and Kashmir Accountability Bureau has initiated an investigation regarding fake allotment of the site reserved for Judicial Complex Nilochi Muzaffarabad.
MIRPUR (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Sep, 2018 ) ,:Azad Jammu and Kashmir Accountability Bureau has initiated an investigation regarding fake allotment of the site reserved for Judicial Complex Nilochi Muzaffarabad.
According to an official press release issued on Monday, Chairman AJK Accountability Bureau Raja Muhammad Aslam ordered to initiate the inquiry by constituting two-member committee to investigate into the matter on the complaint of the Bar Council Muzaffarabad.
It may be mentioned here that an application was submitted to the Chairman by the Bar Council that 32 kanal land was awarded by the government for the construction of Judicial Complex during 2015. Later on another piece of land measuring 12 kanal and 11 marla was awarded for the complex.
The total awarded land for the complex reached to 44 kanal but the land mafia was bent upon grabbing the land. The mafia had planned to grab land worth millions of rupees through fake documents in Nilochi which was reserved for judicial complex, according to the press release.
The AJK Supreme Court had given verdicts to take action against the land mafia for grabbing the land through fake documents. The matter was raised before the AJK AB by Supreme Council upon which the AJK Accountability Bureau Chairman constituted a two-member committee to investigate into the matter. The committee would submit its report to the Chairman within a month sothat strict possible action could be taken against the defaulters, the official press release added.
