Students Want Internet Services Restored In South Kashmir

The students from South Indian occupied Kashmir's Islamabad district preparing for various examinations have called for restoration of high-speed Internet as their studies are being affected by the continuous blockade of the service.

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Oct, 2018 ) :The students from South Indian occupied Kashmir's Islamabad district preparing for various examinations have called for restoration of high-speed internet as their studies are being affected by the continuous blockade of the service.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Scores of students preparing for various examinations in a joint letter emailed to newspapers expressed their dismay over the suspension of the high-speed Internet in the district.

"We the students of Islamabad want to bring it in your notice that 3G/4G has been barred in Islamabad for the past six days. Only low-speed 2G Internet is working in our district, which is not sufficient to download a video related to education or learning purpose. Now we request authorities to restore the high-speed Internet so that we could focus on our studies for upcoming exams," read the email.
