Two Judges Assigned To Hear Pending, Newly Instituted Cases At Mirpur Circuit Bench From Dec 17

Two judges of Azad Jammu Kashmir High Court will hold sitting at circuit Bench Mirpur for hearing from December 17, it was officially declared.
According to notification issued on Friday, the Chief Justice of the AJK High Court, M.
Tabassam Aftab Alvi has order that Justice Muhammad Sheraz Kiani and Justice Raza Ali Khan, Judges of AJK High court would hold sittings at Circuit Mirpur for hearing and disposal of pending as well as newly instituted cases.
According to another notification, the Chief Justice of the High Court shall hold sitting at circuit Mirpur for hearing and disposal of cases, from 19.12.2018 to 22.12.2018, it added.
