4th Dubai Smartpreneur Winners To Be Announced 30th April

DUBAI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 21st Apr, 2019) The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry has shortlisted the top 10 candidates for the 4th Dubai Smartpreneur Competition, who will compete in the final round later this month.

The top three winners of the competition will be named during the closing ceremony of the Enterprise Agility Forum 2019 on 30th April. The winners will receive cash prizes and access to training and support designed to help them quickly develop their businesses.

More than 250 smart business ideas were submitted in the fourth edition of the competition, which is being organised in collaboration with Smart Dubai.

Submissions were made under the categories of blockchain, artificial intelligence and digital transformation. All candidates were required to submit ideas that fit in with these technologies and concepts.

The submissions were narrowed down to a group of 50 before an expert panel of judges from Dubai’s entrepreneurial community recently selected the top 10 finalists.

The annual Dubai Smartpreneur Competition gives startups and entrepreneurs in the UAE an opportunity to become part of the Dubai Government’s strategy to elevate the city into a global platform for innovation-focused businesses.
