Abdullah Bin Zayed Meets Speaker Of Colombian Senate

H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, met with the Speaker for the Colombian Senate, Ernesto Macias Tovar, as part of his current official visit to Colombia

BOGOTA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 15th Mar, 2019) H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, met with the Speaker for the Colombian Senate, Ernesto Macias Tovar, as part of his current official visit to Colombia.

The meeting addressed ways of bolstering bilateral relations, with Sheikh Abdullah noting the steady growth in relations between the two countries and the UAE's keenness to further consolidating bilateral bonds to the common good of their peoples.

The Colombian speaker underscored the importance of Sheikh Abdullah's visit in opening up wider prospects of cooperation between the two nations.

Following the meeting, Sheikh Abdullah made a tour of the Congress of the Republic of Colombia.

Attending the meeting was Salem Rashid Al Oueiss, the UAE Ambassador to Colombia.
