ERC Delegation Visits Prosthetic Centre In Aden

ADEN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 23rd Feb, 2019) The Emirates Red Crescent's representatives in Aden have got firsthand experience of the nature of work at the Prosthetic Centre in Dar Saad district, north of Aden, Yemen.

Mohamed Al Kaabi and Sultan Al Shamsi listened to a detailed explanation from the Centre's management team on the treatment methods they are following and the equipment they require to best meet the needs of war amputees, with the Centre's Director, Ramzi Ba'ali noting that locals from across all Yemeni governorates avail of the centre's services.

He added that the Centre is looking forward to partnering with the ERC to be able to provide its services at the lowest possible costs.

The ERC delegation was shown around the centre and got onsite knowledge of the systems used in treating those seriously injured during the war.
