Mohamed Bin Zayed Receives President Of Sierra Leone

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, received today President Julius Maada Bio of Sierra Leone in Qasr al Shati', where the two leaders discussed ways of enhancing bilateral ties of friendship and cooperation across investment, developmental and economic spheres that serve development and progress in the UAE and the west African country and their mutual interests

ABU DHABI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 21st Mar, 2019) His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, received today President Julius Maada Bio of Sierra Leone in Qasr al Shati', where the two leaders discussed ways of enhancing bilateral ties of friendship and cooperation across investment, developmental and economic spheres that serve development and progress in the UAE and the west African country and their mutual interests.

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed and the visiting President Julius Bio also exchanged views on a variety of issues of common concern.

Sheikh Mohamed emphasised that the UAE would pursue its policy of supporting sisterly and friendly countries to achieve social and economic development for their peoples and develop their vital sectors.

For his part, President of Sierra Leone thanked the UAE for providing humanitarian assistance to his country, noting to the UAE's affective contributions and qualitative initiatives in various development fields. He praised the UAE's significant role in the international humanitarian work across the world, particularly in Africa.

Reem bint Ibrahim Al Hashemy, Minister of State for International Cooperation; Mohamed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, Under-Secretary of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court; and officials accompanying the President of Sierra Leone, attended the meeting.
