Saud Al Qasimi Appoints RAK Sports Club Board Of Directors

H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, has issued a resolution appointing the board of directors of the Ras Al Khaimah Sports and Cultural Club, chaired by Dr. Abdulrahim Abdulatif Al Shaheen

RAS AL KHAIMAH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 25th Apr, 2019) H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, has issued a resolution appointing the board of directors of the Ras Al Khaimah sports and Cultural Club, chaired by Dr. Abdulrahim Abdulatif Al Shaheen.

The resolution stipulates that the club’s members will include Adnan Ateeq Al Shehhi, Saeed Ali Al Kas, Ali Hassan Al Mansouri, Ibrahim Khamis Al Mutawae, Abdullah Ali Al Abbar, Mohammed Ali Hammadi, Sheikha Mohammed Al Khateri, Sultana Mohammed Al Habsi, Hassan Ali Al Marzouki, Ebtissam Al Mahri and Faisal Abdulatif Khalifa.

The resolution also notes that the board will choose its administrative and technical personnel, and will hold meetings as requested by the club’s president or the board’s chairperson.

The board’s decisions must be approved by majority voting, and in case of a tie vote, the deciding vote will be cast by the president or chairperson, the resolution stipulates.

It notes that the board, which will have a two-year term from the date of its appointment, will also manage the club’s activities and submit its reports to Sheikh Saud bin Saqr through the club’s president, who is also responsible for approving its annual budget.
