Sharjah Ruler Approves SCC Organisational Structure

SHARJAH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 20th Jan, 2019) H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has issued Emiri Decree No. 04 of 2019 on approving the general organisational structure of Sharjah Consultative Council, SCC.

The Decree stipulates that the Sharjah Executive Council shall issue the following decisions; the detailed organisational structure of the Sharjah Consultative Council, the decisions necessary for the implementation of this Decree, including the adoption of the job description of the functions of the organisational units in the Council in accordance with their terms of reference.

The Executive Council shall be entitled to create, merge or cancel any organisational units that follow the departments listed in the general organisational structure.

The Decree shall be effective from the date of its issuance and other competent authorities should implement its provisions, and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
