King Salman Launches Development Project Of Al-Tarif Neighborhood In Riyadh

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, today launched Al-Tarif neighborhood development project in Riyadh in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and his accompanying delegation, leaders of the GCC States and HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers, and Minister of Defence.
RIYADH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 10th Dec, 2018) The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, today launched Al-Tarif neighborhood development project in Riyadh in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and his accompanying delegation, leaders of the GCC States and HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers, and Minister of Defence.
Al-Tarif neighborhood in Riyadh, has been added to the UNESCO World Heritage list, and is part of the development programme which has the attention of King Salman given its historic and heritage importance.
The ceremony started with a presentation showcasing the history of Al Diriyah and its role in promoting the cultural, heritage and historical facet of the Kingdom at the national level.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed hailed the attention given by King Salman to the Kingdom's national heritage, saying that these historical and monumental sites attract local and foreign investments and enhance tourism industry in the Kingdom.
Sheikh Mohammed also congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Saudi Crown Prince and the Saudi people on this national achievement.
