Mohammed Al Sharqi Inaugurates 5-star Plaque At FEWA Service Centre In Dibba Fujairah

FUJAIRAH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 21st Nov, 2018) H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, highlighted the directives of H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, to keep pace with the country’s developments, by raising the quality of services offered to customers of government and local service centres in Fujairah, as well as completing their dealings and answering their needs in a timely manner.
Sheikh Mohammed also praised the strategy of the wise leadership to classify all service centres of ministries and federal authorities with a star classification system, which is based on equivalent private sector classification standards while highlighting his confidence in the success of the UAE’s strategy and its international leadership in offering the best government services.
He made this statement while inaugurating the five-star plaque of the Federal Electricity and Water Authority, FEWA, service centre in Dibba Fujairah, accompanied by Suhail bin Mohammed Faraj Faris Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Industry and Chairman of the board of Directors of FEWA, and Ohoud bint Khalfan Al Roumi, Minister of State for Happiness and Wellbeing and Director-General of the Prime Minister’s Office.
While reviewing the centre’s work, Sheikh Mohammed commended the efforts of its staff, which enabled it to achieve its five-stars classification while stressing that the centre is the outcome of their hard work in offering innovative services and making customers happy.
He also highlighted the importance of continuing their work and efforts to provide excellent customer service, in order to receive the seven-star classification, which is the target of the wise leadership for all government customer service centres in the country.
Al Roumi stated that the UAE Government, under the leadership of the His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, established, as part of its efforts to provide efficient services, a unique set of standards that match the best international government and private sector standards.
She then congratulated the centre for receiving the five-star classification and commended the efforts of its staff and its excellent services while asserting that customers are the priority of the government, and offering them unmatched experiences will positively affect the happiness and quality of life of the community.
The ceremony was attended by Salem Al Zahmi, Director of the Office of the Fujairah Crown Prince, as well as several local officials and the centre’s employees.
