Tommy Spaulding To Headline MRM Business Awards

DUBAI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 20th Jan, 2019) The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry has announced that world-renowned inspirational speaker, leadership expert and best-selling author Tommy Spaulding will headline the closing ceremony at the 10th Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum (MRM) Business Award and the 2nd MRM Business Innovation Award.

The event, held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, will be held on 26th February 2019 at Dubai Opera.

During the ceremony, Spaulding will share his insights and lessons on "heart-led leadership", as well as business case studies demonstrating the positive impact that comes from building a culture of authentic and genuine relationships within organisations.

Spaulding is the author of "It’s Not Just Who You Know", which reached second place on the New York Times bestseller list.

His latest book, "The Heart-Led Leader" is a New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestseller, and was named "Top 100 Business Books of 2015" by INC.com.

A member of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, the MRM Business Award was initiated in 2005 to recognise and celebrate the success of organisations that contribute to the sustainable economic development of the UAE and the wider GCC region.

The MRM Business Innovation Award, launched by the Dubai Chamber, in cooperation with the UAE Ministry of Economy, aims to encourage companies across the GCC to embrace innovation and support the development of a knowledge-based economy. The award places a strategic focus on transforming business models to meet current and future challenges, as well as manage risks.
