UAE Minister Attends British Embassy Reception

DUBAI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 18th Apr, 2019) Mariam Hareb Almheiri, Minister of State for food Security, attended last night a reception held at the British Embassy in Dubai to celebrate the 93rd birthday of Queen Elizabeth the Second.

The event was attended by government officials, diplomats, businessmen and members of the British community.

During the evening, the design of the British pavilion for EXPO2020, bringing together themes of artificial intelligence, poetry and space, was on display.

"We were pleased to celebrate the strong ties of friendship and partnership between our countries and to showcase a range of innovative UK technologies and opportunities for even more collaboration between our countries," the Consul-General, Andrew Jackson, said.
