UAE Parliamentary Division Participates In 5th Global Conference Of Young Parliamentarians In Baku

The UAE Parliamentary Division has participated in the 5th Global Conference of Young Parliamentarians of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) in Baku.

BAKU, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 14th Dec, 2018) The UAE Parliamentary Division has participated in the 5th Global Conference of Young Parliamentarians of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) in Baku.

The two-day conference themed, 'Promoting sustainability, protecting the interests of future generations', is jointly organised by the IPU and the National Assembly of Azerbaijan from 14th to 15th December.

The Parliamentary Division shared its experiences at the national legislations in light of the effective parliamentary diplomacy to improve Earth's health and achieve ecological sustainability. It also presented the successful Emirati experience in the renewable energy field.

Over the course of two days, young MPs from all over of the world will come together with youth organisation and other stakeholders to reflect collectively on 'outside the box' sustainable solutions to key issues of today, that will have a significant impact on tomorrow.
