UAE, Romania discuss defence sector cooperation

Under-Secretary of the UAE Ministry of Defence, Matar Salim Ali Al Dhaheri, met with Andrei Ignat, State Secretary and Chief of Armaments Department of Romania, on the sidelines of IDEX 2019

ABU DHABI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 18th Feb, 2019) Under-Secretary of the UAE Ministry of Defence, Matar Salim Ali Al Dhaheri, met with Andrei Ignat, State Secretary and Chief of Armaments Department of Romania, on the sidelines of IDEX 2019.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed means of advancing cooperation between the two countries.

Al Dhaheri and Ignat also exchanged views on regional and international developments.

A number of senior officials and representatives from the Ministry and the Romanian delegation also attended the meeting.
