UAE, Ukraine Discuss Defence Cooperation

ABU DHABI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 18th Feb, 2019) Matar Salim Ali Al Dhaheri, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Defence, today met with Lt. General Igor Pavlovsky, Ukraine's Minister of Defence, on the sidelines of the International Defence Exhibition and Conference, IDEX 2019.

The two sides discussed means to advance mutual ties between the two countries, particularly in the defence industry. They also exchanged views on regional and international developments of mutual concern.

A number of ministry officials, and the Ukranian delegation, also attended the meeting.
