UAQ Ruler issues law to rename Planning and Survey Department

H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain, has issued Law No. 3 for the year 2018, pertaining to amending Law No. 2 for the year 2007, on the establishment of the emirate's Land Planning and Survey Department.

UMM AL QAIWAIN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 17th Oct, 2018) H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain, has issued Law No. 3 for the year 2018, pertaining to amending Law No. 2 for the year 2007, on the establishment of the emirate's Land Planning and Survey Department.

Under the new law, the Department's name shall be changed to the 'Department of Urban Planning'.

The law shall become effective from the date of issuance, when published in the official gazette.
