US suspends more military exercises with South Korea

The United States and South Korea have agreed to indefinitely suspend joint military exercises in order to support diplomatic talks with North Korea.

WASHINGTON, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 23rd Jun, 2018) The United States and South Korea have agreed to indefinitely suspend joint military exercises in order to support diplomatic talks with North Korea.

Dana White, Pentagon Spokesman, said that James Mattis, Defense Secretary, in coordination with South Korea, "indefinitely suspended select exercises" in order to support diplomatic talks following the US-North Korea summit in Singapore.
