Yemeni Minister Of Education Launches ‘School Uniform And Bag Project’

ADEN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 09th Oct, 2018) Dr. Abdullah Salem Lamlas, Yemeni Minister of Education, today, launched, at the headquarters of the Ministry of education in the temporary Yemeni capital, Aden, the 'School Uniform and Bag Project' in the governorates of Aden, Lahej, Abyan, Dhala and Taiz.

The project is being funded by the Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, as part of its humanitarian relief efforts in liberated cities of Yemen.

During the launch, which was attended by Saeed Al Ali, ERC Representative in Aden, Dr. Lamlas stressed that this important project will ease the economic burdens on the parents of students.

Al Ali also highlighted the importance of similar humanitarian projects, especially with the start of the new school year in Yemen.
