CM Appreciates CCLO For Making Superb Arrangements For Pakistan-Sri Lanka T20 Match

Lahore-62 Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday appreciated the performance of Cabinet Committee on Law and Order (CCLO) for making superb arrangement on the occasion of T20 match between Pakistan and Sri Lanka
LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 01st Nov, 2017 ) :Lahore-62 Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday appreciated the performance of Cabinet Committee on Law and Order (CCLO) for making superb arrangement on the occasion of T20 match between Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
He said that Cabinet Committee had made best arrangements in collaboration with the administration and other line departments, said a handout issued here. The CM was addressing the Cabinet Committee from London through video link.
It was satisfying that police, army and rangers made foolproof security arrangements and ensured holding of the match in a peaceful manner, he said and added that this match had promoted a soft image of the country and it was a victory of peaceful Pakistan.
He said the Punjab government had arranged the best event by working day and night as a team, adding that the provincial government would ensure peaceful holding of such events in future as well.
The hard work rendered by you was praiseworthy, he added. The performance of the whole team of Punjab government, as well as the working of civil and military law enforcement agencies, had remained the best and the people would be given many more occasions of happiness by working with same zeal in future too, he added.
Provincial Ministers Rana Sanaullah, Dr. Ayesha Ghaus Pasha, Chief Secretary, Chairman Planning and Development and concerned officers attended the meeting from Civil Secretariat through video link while Secretary to CM and related officials participated in the meeting from CM Office through video link.
