Islamabad High Court (IHC) Seeks Reply Over Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) Chairman Appointment Case

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Wednesday sought reply from federation within one week in a petition challenging the appointment of chairman Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB)
ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd May, 2019 ) :The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Wednesday sought reply from federation within one week in a petition challenging the appointment of chairman Evacuee Trust Property board (ETPB).
Chief Justice Athar Minallah heard the petition filed by retired Major Gen.
Muhammad Saad Khattak challenging the appointment of ETPB's chairman.
During course of proceeding, Assistant Attorney General (AAG) Farrukh Dal appeared before the bench and requested for further time to answer, which was accepted by the court.
The court directed the respondent to submit written answer within one week and adjourned hearing of the case.
