08 Illegal Arm Holders Apprehended In Successful Operation

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 7th Aug, 2024) Police have apprehended eight illegal arm holders and recovered arms, ammunition from their possession during crackdown here on Wednesday.

According to details, Chuntra police held Fateh Khand and recovered 01 rifle 44bore from his possession and 01 pistol 30 bore was recovered from Bilal.

Similarly, Wah Cantt police arrested Faizan and recovered 01 pistol 30 bore from his custody and 01 pistol 30bore was also confiscated from Abdul Moeez.

While, Taxila police nabbed Abdullah and recovered 01 pistol 09mm from his possession.

Following operation, Naseerabad police recovered 01 pistol 30 bore from Nazar Gul.

Additionally, Sadiqabad police arrested Faisal and recovered 01 pistol 30 bore from his possession.

Gujjar Khan police recovered 01 pistol 30 bore from Owais. Police have registered separate cases against the accused and further investigation was in progress.

Divisional SPs commended police teams and said that strict action against those possessing illegal weapons would be continued without any discrimination.
